CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
It is currently not possible to make changes to an order once it has been placed. If you would like to add or change the order items in the order, you have 24 hours since you placed the order to cancel it. Once the order is cancelled within 24 hours, you can then place a new order with the exact items and sizes.
CAN I USE COUPON CODES ON AN ITEM WHICH IS ALREADY DISCOUNTED?
As part of our offers and giveaways, we share coupons on your registered email. At any given time only one discount coupon will be applied to your order. If a product is already discounted, the coupon code offer will not be valid on the same order. Make sure you are registered with us to receive coupons and deals regularly.

HOW CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
We at Frontier PHAGWARA believe in customer satisfaction. We accept returns and exchanges for up to 7 business working days, from when the order has been delivered to you. If you are registered with us, you can go on your account and request for a return and exchange. If you shopped with us as a guest, you would have to reach out to our customer care team to help you for the same. We do not offer refunds. All customers will be given credit notes against their returns. Please read the return and exchange policy thoroughly. All garments must be in the same condition as you had received them in. All tags and labels must be intact, and the garment should not have been altered or worn. Once the order is received back at our office, we will evaluate if the order qualifies for a return/exchange. If not, we will send back the order to your address.
CAN I MAKE A PURCHASE FOR A GIFT, IN THAT CASE ARE YOU ABLE TO SEND A GIFT RECEIPT AND NOT THE RECEIPT WITH THE AMOUNT VALUE?
We are happy to be a part of your celebration. You can purchase a gift. We can wrap the order for you and add a greeting as well. Do not worry we will not add the invoice in the package. Instead we will email you your invoice along with shipping details. Please do mention in the notes box at checkout that the order is a gift.
